Splatter Texture, Stenciled, Knockdown and Troweled

Sprayed overlays, also called splatter textures, are traditional decorative
resurfacing designs and textures. Splatter textures refer to colored
polymer-modified concrete applied with an air-powered hopper gun, usually
over a stencil or fiber tape, which are later removed to reveal a pattern.
These finishes are more commonly applied to exterior concrete surfaces for
added beauty, increased slip-resistance, and durability. Splatter textures
are great finishes when more slip resistance is necessary, especially when a
brick or tile emulation is desired. Splatter textures are also very
effective for more creative finishes. Any color can be used with stenciling
and fiber taping. We can match almost any design.

your existing concrete.
Troweled Overlays and Knockdowns are also a great option for creative
finishes or when a slate tile emulation is desired. They add an
aesthetic color pattern and non-slip texture to nearly any existing concrete
surface. Polymer cement is applied to the existing concrete substrate
in a moderately textured finish (average of 1/8” thickness) in various
patterns.
Popular patterns are achieved by using
pattern stencils. These stencils offer the
unique look that homeowners and architects are looking for. We can
also have our graphic designer create a custom logo or pattern.
Color combinations and options are virtually limitless! Below are some
popular patterns.
