We offer pressure washing and sealing of your concrete surfaces using a high pressure 4000# pressure washer, and sealing with the highest performing concrete sealers available.  For exterior surfaces, this will typically need to be done every 3-5 years to maintain your surface like new.

Sealing is necessary for all concrete surfaces to prevent spalling from application of salts and keep them protected from stains and chemicals.  Your sealed surface will also resist oil from penetrating the slab, making cleanup easier.  For outdoor surfaces we use an industrial strength, adjustable solids, methyl-methacrylate (MMA) solvent based sealer. The MMA component of this poly-acrylic sealer is more durable than any other available on the market.  Keep this in mind when obtaining quotes as nobody can match the performance of our sealer. 

We can also add no-slip grit into the sealer coat to add traction to slippery areas.  Our sealer can also be tinted to give your concrete a different color while sealer is being applied! 

For indoor concrete projects, in addition to the MMA solvent sealer, we also offer urethanes in either gloss or satin, a true clear UV stable epoxy, and polyurea.  These surfaces should never have to be resealed and your floor should last a lifetime provided wax is applied as needed.  Waxing your floors will bring the shine back to like new condition.  We offer strip and re-wax services when the need arises.  We use only the best waxes available and I am sure you will agree when you experience the results.
